Phuket

Phuket is Thailand's largest island and far from Bangkok 868 kilometres. It certainly is one of Asia’s loveliest holiday destinations. With it’s stunning west coast beaches, lovely tropical hinterland and excellent tourist infrastructure, Phuket takes prime place in the guide books of Thailand. There are plenty of great natural and man-made attractions to see, both on the island in the adjacent coastal area.
Millions pairs of eyes are witness its super fine beaches, exotic nightlife, world class luxury villas and startling nearby islands. Also, Phuket is a resort of international stature, is blessed with a wide variety of magnificent beaches, hidden coves and secluded bays, and has probably the best seafood in Thailand.
An all-rounded destination, Phuket is highly urbanised yet you can still spend a secluded holiday in a private hillside pool villa or meet the mass and actions by staying in Patong Beach on your Phuket Vacation. Grab yourselves some tickets for the Vegas-like Phuket Fantasea show or even get a feel of local flavour with an exciting Thai Boxing spectacle. Three million tourists come to Phuket each year, drawn by its white sand beaches, world-class diving and snorkelling and its vibrant nightlife.
Phuket has three seasons. The cool season (actually quite hot), the hot season (very hot), and the rainy season (hot and wet). The climate is dictated by the monsoon winds. 95% of the Thai population is Buddhist. The religion influences Thai society at every level. There are temples or wats everywhere and most Thai males will do a spell as a monk at some point in their lives.
You should come here for proving yourself that Phuket island is named as 'the Pearl of the Andaman’.
