Thai economy Thailand is a LEDC (lesser economically developed country). In the past Thailand is said to have a good infrastructure which allowed it to enjoy the world's highest growth rate from 1985 to 1996.
But the 1997 economic crisis where the Thai baht seriously weakened, since then the country has recovered with high export in agriculture, automobiles, electronics and tourism. 

Thai map Thailand regions is devided into 4 distinct regions Mountainous North (Nua), NorthEast Plateau(Isarn), Central Plains(Klang), Sea South (Tai). Some Thai would say that the East (Twan-tok) is another region.

And plenty of rice, lime juice, lemon grass and fresh coriander leaf are added to give the food is its characteristics fish sauce or shrimp paste to make it salty. Rice plates and noodle dishes, Thai meals are usually ordered family style, which is to say that two or more people order together and sharing different dishes.
